Hi everyone,

You might have noticed me selling my stuff on ebay... well its all because I
still owe U of T $4500 and since finding a CS job is not the easiest thing
in the world I decided to start selling my stuff.

Ok here is something new (actually not really) from me that you guys might
be interested in doing some research on:

http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=8109202631&sspagename=STRK%3AMESE%3AIT&rd=1

Yes its the power glove. I did research with it for my ECE516 class but I
need one that is a bit bigger.

The other stuff you've seen before... but I'll post it again :-)

http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3726664624&sspagename=STRK%3AMESE%3AIT&rd=1

and

http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3727505051&sspagename=STRK%3AMESE%3AIT&rd=1

As the weeks go by I'll keep selling more stuff I find around my house until
my tuition is all paid off.

Thanks,
Henry

Since you can't find a CS job, just something else. That is what I did. It
is much better than selling your stuff to pay the bills.

finding a CS job is not the easiest thing
What are you going to do when you graduate?

There are many CS jobs available to students, especially during the summer.
It is actually easier to get a CS job as a student then as a graduate. Many
companies need to fill temporary positions with students.

Not only will you be making money, but you'll be gaining valuable experience
that will help you when you do graduate.

If you are having trouble locating jobs, you should visit the career center
at UofT. Last time I checked (about a month ago), there were > 50 postings
for part-time, temporary, and full-time positions open in the CS field for
students. Many were reposts or extensions because there were too few
applicants applying.

I will do the same thing, look for a job, over and over and over again or
sell more stuff on eBay to pay for food, or starve.

Many CS Jobs... I don't won't to be doing tech support... not like there's
anything wrong with that.....

Yes there are jobs in the summer, like at McPukes or Booger King but there
are not many Software Engineer or Application engineer or something like
that. I've been on all the site I've applied to all the jobs.

Yes I would like to do both, make money to pay off U of T, OSAP, Bills...
and I will be gaining experience. So far (I don't mean to sound like a
prick here) but you have not taught me anything new.

Well I have been on that career site, I see a lot of volunteer web designer
positions, tech support, data entry... but nothing that I can call a job
worthy of applying to. I do volunteer work but now I'm seriously so broke
that I need to get a decent paying job.

Anyways so.. no more responses from companies... so more eBay it it.. check
my new post to see laptops... I'm going to miss them!!!
